Siemens S7-PDIAG
zenon also supports the display and processing of process diagnosis messages of the Siemens S7-PDIAG. zenon imports the messages that are engineered in the engineering tool S7-PDIAG and uses them as normal critical value definitions.
During the Runtime the messages are transmitted to zenon by the controller in an active and event-controlled manner. zenon imports the time stamp of these messages directly from the PLC.
Apart from the processing in alarm list and Chronologic Event List, those messages can be transmitted by a zenon provided messaging service Message Control to a mobile service worker or can be used in the monitoring of plant performance through the zenon module Industrial Performance Analyzer.
