Touch / Keyboard Operation

Especially in the industrial environment robust terminals, PCs and IPCs with touch screens are very common. zenon offers numerous functions that make it easier to control projects via touch screens:

Each operation control element in a picture can be assigned a key (or key combination). In the Runtime the linked functions are executed with these hotkeys. Any order, in which the elements are selected wit the TAB key or the cursor keys, can be defined for the navigation in the pictures. A fully integrated, pre-defined, scaleable soft keyboard is available for user input, e.g. setting values. Additionally zenon offers keybord pictures for free design. As there normally is no right mouse button on a touch system, a function has been created in zenon that allows the emulation of the right mouse button. This way the touch screen context menus are fully useable.
