Industrial Maintenance Manager (IMM)

The zenon Industrial Maintenance Manager offers you the possibility to plan your maintenance works structured and to retrace accomplished maintenance tasks, repairs and device exchanges.

So repairs can be avoided and downtimes can be reduced.

At a glance you will see, which device, equipment, machine, etc. has to be maintained today, this week, next month etc. Additionally service work done in the past is logged. The module saves the data in any SQL database supporting ODBC.

Easy engineering

The master data of the aggregates are collected and stored in a database, where aggregates also can be grouped.

For each aggregate several maintenance works can be defined, and for each maintenance work one or more maintenance intervals can be entered.

The intervals can be defined fixly or dependent on the aggregate status.

Due dates and display of maintenance works

The necessary maintenance works are displayed grouped on their due dates.

• or in a freely selectable time range

The status of the accomplished maintenance works is documented consistently.
