How will we follow this path?

It is important in this respect that you understand how we think and work fundamentally. A networked, open and integrated system such as zenon can only come from the same kind of thinking. For us, COPA-DATA has to function like our software. Diverse and field-tested to bring complex systems to the point. Manageable and flexible enough for fast reactions. Secure and predictable but also ready for the future and always open for dialog.

We learn from our customers.

Even without workshops. Sometimes all that is needed is a few notes jotted down by our sales specialist after a conversation with a customer to give our development department ideas from which all customers soon profit. No problem is too small for us to deal with. When customers don't find a new feature appropriate, we have a charge to make zenon better. And when we are praised, we know where we have to place further focus.

We also learn through flexibility in the company.

We think multitasking is good and not only when it has to do with software. An thus our sales personnel invent new functions for zenon, support specialists contribute good marketing ideas, developers lead intensive dialogue with customers. The function is not what counts. It's the commitment, ideas and teamwork that are important.
