zenon Message Control
Three in the morning on the weekend – who is sleeping soundly? You. And who is looking after your equipment? zenon. Make it simple – and safe. Let your teams go home, give them peaceful nights and long weekends. This is because you find out immediately when the equipment needs you; by email, SMS or voicemail. If you are not available, then your substitute can be notified. zenon Message Control: if important messages are to reach your recipient immediately and reliably - even from unmanned stations.
Message Recipients Automatically
Alarms, or general information from production – with zenon Message Control, you automatically send messages to any desired recipient, or group of recipients. If an addressee cannot be reached, the message can also automatically be sent to a substitute person.
Send Automatically
Diverse communication channels (from paging and text messages via all modern mobile networks – GSM/CDMA/UMTS - to using modems, or an ISDN card - to emails, audio files and text-to-speech voicemails) allow Message Control to be operated manually, as well as automatically by means of timing.
