Usability research
Together with the usability consultants from USECON, we work on the optimization of the usability of our products. Because the quality of software is also shown in how carefully it deals with the company resources. The more simple and intuitive software is to operate the better.
Modern software like zenon should not only be based on rational uses, it should also be enjoyable to operate. The "user experience" is the main focus of our observation.
