Mathematic Driver

For mathematical calculations zenon offers the so-called mathematics driver. Variables are assigned as operands to the mathematics driver. This way calculations are made spontaneously and the result is written into a mathematics variable that can be accessed from anywhere in the system. The mathematics driver supports Bool’s algebra (AND, OR, etc.) as well as analogue calculations: Arithmetics, statistics, trigonometry, transverse calculation, data reduction and counter processing.

But also in dynamic elements like for example the Combined element mathematic formulas can be evaluated directly. Finally zenon offers limitless possibilities for further mathematical processing with the integrated VBA interface, the Process Control Engine (PCE) or the integrated soft PLC straton.
