The Team as road to success.

Teamwork makes companies agile and mobile. But to allow team spirit is a great challenge, if you have to do with customer support. Because this not only means to be able to delegate. It also means to trust to others and to combine different characters, to involve contradictions and different opinions in decision making and to take the time to listen. And of course not to lose track of the real goal: Customers, who really get, what they need. For COPA-DATA this means: Carefully selecting and educating team leaders.

Team spirit starts in team management.

Also for our head of the support department Wolfgang Moser these topics are an everyday challenge. Beside the team leadership and development also the organisational development of our support department.
