COPA-DATA wins new distributors in Brazil and Vietnam

The two new companies bring COPA-DATA's international sales network to increase to 17 distributors worldwide. Together with the eleven subsidiaries, COPA-DATA's software solutions are being sold in over 50 countries. The sales network is also supported by currently over 160 Partner companies of the COPA-DATA Partner Community.
The new distributor of zenon in Brazil: SOLUTION SISTEMAS
SOLUTION SISTEMAS has been active in Brazil since 1999 as specialist for software services and products. From their office in Belo Horizonte the employees look after solutions for companies in various industries, including energy and construction material production, automotive as well as food and beverage manufacturers. “In recent years we have gathered a great deal of knowledge in software use in PLCs, HMIs, SCADA and DCS. A focus for us is always design and usability as well as optimization of existing equipment. zenon fits in here perfectly. We know that in the Brazilian market there are many application fields that are ideal for zenon and we wish for zenon to play an important role in the industrial automation of our country”, explains Ricardo Nicolini, CEO of SOLUTION SISTEMAS.

The new distributor of zenon in Vietnam: PETROLEC
The increasing demand for innovative automation solutions in Southeast Asia, in particular in Vietnam, led to the choice of Petro Electric Energy Joint Stock Company (PETROLEC) as the new local distributor. The office, located in the center of the capital of Vietnam, guarantees short distances to the largest energy companies in the country. The ten employees are continually working on offering the best solutions for SCADA systems. “We became aware of zenon last year. After we had evaluated the software in detail we were convinced that it is the most flexible and reliable product on the market”, explains Giang Nguyen Binh, CEO of PETROLEC. The company, which was founded in 2012, then used zenon as a SCADA system in over twenty 110 KV substations in the country. “In the future we will promote and sell zenon as the standard software solution for the automation of substation and control centers in Vietnam and South Asia”, adds Giang Nguyen Biinh.
