In general, we don't want our employees to overwork. We pay close attention to the balance between leisure and work. You keep precise records of your hours. If you work overtime, you can compensate this with time off.
COPA-DATA Headquarters adheres to the Austrian IT collective agreement, which you can view here. The actual compensation depends on your position and qualifications. You will receive more details during your application process.
We employ a flexitime model. The core working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
After your induction period, it is possible to work from home 2 days a week.
