Stories from life with zenon – Part 4

We are continually hearing the extent to which ergonomic HMI, SCADA and reporting are in demand during conversations with customers. In doing so, we find that: The best stories are written by life itself.

We therefore started to record the stories of the people we talk to, abridging these and sharing them with a wider audience. They are genuine stories from genuine customers, sometimes summarized, always with a solution-orientated focus.

20,000 fewer lines of code; launch dates moved forward by two weeks; a color-blind machine operator helped to full performance. There are many examples of how ergonomic thought and action improves working conditions and products.

Our customers experience many special moments. Moments that they are also sometimes happy to recount. Most of all, if they have made the step from a different HMI/SCADA system to zenon. Or if they want to immerse themselves deeper into the concept of zenon and discover what new possibilities are open to them. Or perhaps they have gained completely new insights and overviews with the zenon Analyzer.

We simply don't want to keep these moments to ourselves. We think that anyone who has something to say should be listened to. This is why we are recounting some stories. However we promised to keep brands and names anonymous. Nevertheless, if you want to know more about a story, speak to us. We may also be able to organize a live viewing of the featured solution or a similar one.

Our fourth story, gleaned from practical experience with zenon, is all about Daniel. As an engineer for an energy supplier he was consistently under time pressure during project planning phases. Particularly the subsequent amendment of symbols was associated with complex search and monitoring. Find out more in Energy from A to Z, which eye-openers the ergonomic working with zenon brought him.
