Your Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to customers across various industries, helping them solve complex technical challenges
- Design and implement reference solutions and best-practice examples based on customer requirements
- Deliver professional services, including training sessions and workshops, to share your product expertise
- Actively contribute your knowledge and expertise within the team
Your Profile:
- Completed technical education in a relevant field such as vocational training (e.g. technical diploma or apprenticeship), technical college / polytechnic diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
- Professional experience in an IT-related environment or working with software is an advantage
- Ideally, experience in industrial automation and/or energy automation
- Strong communication skills and collaborative team mindset
- Customer-oriented thinking and intercultural competence
- Structured, independent and detail-oriented working style
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required. German is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to travel
