Join our Marketing team and drive real impact on CRM administration and digital tool adoption with us. As a part of the strategic HubSpot account you continue our success stories with a solution-oriented team. You ensure a 360° CRM so digital marketing runs smoothly across touchpoints and meets global needs. You support operations with a growth mindset and manage multiple projects proactively.
Your tasks
- Manage, maintain and continuously improve our HubSpot system as a CRM operations admin
- Provide first‑level user support and coordinate tasks with internal teams, subsidiaries and external providers
- Evaluate and roll out new features (e.g., Breeze AI) and drive internal adoption
- Monitor and support integrations (e.g., connected apps) and ensure reliable synchronizations
- Build and optimize marketing and sales automations and CRM workflows
- Drive structured data, data-quality standards, processes and consistency
- Evolve standardisations and scalable processes for global system growth
- Contribute to company‑wide digital projects, to user experience and to the Marketing Knowledge Base via documentations
- Work collaboratively within our team and across the marketing, sales and IT departments
Your profile
- Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (e.g., CRM, CMS, automation) and digital marketing tools
- Solid understanding of HubSpot CRM & CMS architecture, integration logics, automation workflows, data models and sandboxes
- Professional experience in user support, troubleshooting and onboarding
- Experience in maintaining systems (e.g., monitoring, setup, change requests, testing, cleanup) and adoption across departments
- Practical knowledge of AI use cases and LLMs
- Skills in project management and a structured working style
- Strong communication, collaboration and team-oriented skills
- Basic web skills (e.g., HTML, JavaScript), fluent English (B2) and basic German (A2 or higher)
Depending on professional experience, this position is at least classified according to the IT collective agreement in ST1/entry level. The final gross salary is in line with the market and is based on your training, qualifications and experience.
This position is part of the Marketing team.
