Queensland’s high-voltage electricity transmission network provider chose zenon to carry out a major upgrade to its HMI. COPA-DATA’s commitment to ‘parameterization instead of programming’ enabled a cost-effective and highly-functional solution without the need for an expensive recommissioning effort.

In 2011, work began to scope two new power plant units. These units – Dangjin 9 & 10 – will be Korea’s first 1,000MW USC coal fired power plants.

At the new wind farm in San Gregorio Magno (SA), 17 turbines have been installed each of which produces 2.5 MW, resulting in the supply of a total of 42.5 MW of electrical energy to the transmission grid.
