You see opportunities where others see routine. You improve how digital marketing tools are used—and make sure they work smarter, not harder. You're proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple projects at once.
As our Digital Tools & Projects Manager, you’ll ensure our digital marketing tools run smoothly across all customer touchpoints and evolve with the needs of our teams. We’re not looking for a developer—we’re looking for someone who connects systems, drives adoption, and communicates effectively with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Technical SEOs, IT, and Internal Automation Services.
Your key tasks:
- Manage and continuously improve tools & systems like HubSpot, Shopify, and Hubilo
- Evaluate and roll out new features; drive internal adoption
- Plan and lead tool migrations and system integrations
- Support the technical side of webinars: training, testing, performance checks
- Develop and maintain our zenon Engineering Store (Shopify)
- Contribute to company-wide digital projects (e.g., AI-powered enterprise search)
- Coordinate with internal teams, subsidiaries, agencies, and partners
Your qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot (CRM, CMS & automation), Shopify (eCommerce), and Hubilo (webinars), or similar
- Solid understanding of how these tools work: from integrations and templates to troubleshooting and onboarding
- Basic web skills (HTML, JavaScript): to adjust tracking, optimize landing pages, and collaborate with technical teams
- Experience managing tool rollouts, updates, and adoption across departments
- Confident communicator who collaborates easily across functions and with technical stakeholders
- Fluent in English (B2); basic understanding of German (A2)
