We are seeking motivated, self-employed translators for ongoing translations of technical documents related to our zenon software. You can expect to work closely with our team to accelerate the localization of our product, handle medium text volumes for annual software releases, while meeting agreed upon deadlines. Enthusiasm for technology and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with our software are ideal. Ideally, you are based in or near Austria, or close to our subsidiary in Japan or Korea.
Your tasks:
- Translate graphical user interface (GUI) texts and technical documentation from English (US) to Korean.
- Update and review existing Korean translations.
Our requirements:
- Korean native level
- Fluent in English
- Well-developed grammar skills
- Strong understanding of technical texts
- Professional translation experience
- Interest in IT and software user documentation
- Interest in UX writing
- Knowledge of RWS Trados Studio is a must
- Familiarity with RWS Passolo is a plus
